Is StartPOS ZATCA Phase 2 compliant?

Yes. StartPOS Workshop generates Phase 1 and Phase 2 compliant e-invoices with QR codes, and handles VAT, non-VAT, and simplified invoices out of the box.

Does it work in Arabic?

Fully. The entire interface, job cards, and invoices work in Arabic and English — switch anytime. Five more interface languages are included for mixed teams.

Can I manage multiple branches?

Yes — multi-store management is built in on Professional and AI Pro plans, with per-warehouse stock, stock transfers, and consolidated reporting across branches.

Do I need internet? What devices does it run on?

It runs in the browser on any device — Windows PC, Mac, tablet, or phone. An internet connection keeps everything synced; ZATCA e-invoicing requires connectivity.

How does the free trial work?

Message us on WhatsApp and we set up your workshop the same day. You get the full system for 15 days — no card, no commitment. Keep your data if you continue.

Can I import my existing parts inventory?
